Always avoid sweetened alcoholic drinks. With regard to oils, liberal amounts of omega-3 trans-acids (from deep water fish or fish oil additions) and omega-9 trans-acids (from, for instance, cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil) are an excellent idea. It&#8217;s best to limit your intake of omega-6 oils. Drink masses of clean water&#8211;at least 2 or 3 quarts daily. If you&#8217;re eating poorly and begin to eat very like your Pleistocene ancestors ate by employing a natural weight reduction diet, I envision you&#8217;ll begin to feel better in just 3 weeks&#8211;and that you&#8217;ll be healthier with less blubber as well.
